Please ensure all windows, doors, and sliders remain closed while the air conditioner is in use to prevent the unit from freezing over. 3. Ideally, set the AC to 72°F or higher when leaving the home to maintain efficiency and protect the unit from potential issues. Things to Note: - Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement. - We have a minimum age requirement of 28y/o to be able to book the property. - This is NOT a pet-friendly home. - The pool may be heated upon request. We require at least 24 hours' notice to heat the pool to get it to the desired temperature. - There is a doorbell camera, a camera facing the driveway, and a camera on the north side of the home. All for our guests' security.
