Great for singles or small families! . The entire upstairs apartment is yours to enjoy. The living room has a pull-out couch and we offer many kid-friendly/beach amenities! There is also a swing set and play area set up for any little ones that might be visiting. (Please note there is an apartment below yours you may occasionally overhear guests below you. It is very rare anyone upstairs finds it inconvenient but it can be like an apartment building in that way) You have access to everything shown in the photos - please send a message with anything in particular you may be looking for! We won’t bother you, but we are available at any time if you need us. Just message on the app and we will respond right away. The neighborhood itself is filled with unique architectural designs that you’ll be able to enjoy while you walk to the parks, museum, or any of the delicious restaurants that are all only a few blocks away. City Place (LA Fitness, comedy club, movie theater, dining/shopping) is also walking distance. We are also only a few minutes from Palm Beach International airport (PBI) so travel in and out is a breeze. There is so much do you and enjoy with blocks that walking is a feasible option. Also all of the ride share apps are available and with everything is such close proximity the cost is minimal. Additionally if you choose to rent a car there are plenty of free and public pay parking garages in the beach areas and the downtown areas. Getting around won’t be an issue at all.
