★ Full kitchen. Dining space, dishes & linens for 6 adults. Plates, bowls & cups for children as well.
★ BEACH ESSENTIALS. We have beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs available for free. Please CONTACT us to request them for your trips to the beach, and we will deliver them to your unit.
★ Families and young children and infants are welcome. Infant/toddler high chair and pack & play travel crib are available for free. Please CONTACT us if you wish to use these so we can deliver to your unit.
★ Large open private yard is PRIVATELY shared with other guests from the upstairs unit and resident home behind the property. It is rarely used but you are more than welcome to make use of it.
This whole unit is yours. You have your own parking spot, your own stairway and entrance, your own apartment with kitchen, living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms, all yours.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
