We are 15 minutes walk to PBI downtown area, 5 minutes road to i-95 exit and 5 minutes to PBI airport too. IMPORTANT RULES: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. There is a $500 fee for it. We also ask you to avoid flushing any kind of papers, otherwise if the pipe got clogged there will be a charge for the plumbing service Parties are also not allowed at the property. We also have accommodate the property for pets Please we would also ask you and also glad if you can take care of your pet needs in case and bring with you. Please do not remove makeup with any white towel. There is one black makeup removal towels on the restroom in case you need to remove your makeup and also inside the top-cabinet there are micro-fiber towels stored in a pink cover. They look like a pill and when you sweat it, it expands like a mini-towel. On the day of check out, leave the used towels in the bathtub and if they are excessively dirty, stained with makeup or something that damages them, you will be asked to pay double their value. Please do not close the air vents, if you feel the property is really cold, you can change the thermostat temperature. Also please avoid to keep the door opened. For coffee machine only use distilled water or bottled water to fill the machine's water reservoir. Do not use tap water or any other type of water. Ensure that there are plenty of coffee pods available before starting the machine. Adjust the settings based on the type of coffee you wish to brew. Refer to the machine's manual for specific adjustments for different coffee types. Manual is on the last drawer in the kitchen. Late Check-Out Policy: Guests may request a late check-out for their Airbnb reservation subject to availability. Late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. The standard check-out time is 11 AM. Late check-out requests beyond 11 AM will incur an additional fee. Late check-out fees are charged at a rate of $100 USD per hour of stay beyond the standard check-out time. Late check-out requests are subject to approval by the property owner or manager. Failure to receive authorization for a late check-out and overstaying beyond the approved time will result in the automatic assessment of late check-out fees. Guests are responsible for adhering to the agreed-upon check-out time and are expected to vacate the premises promptly unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed.
