The Main House is private for our Airbnb guest. The grill and the chairs and table at front of door of Airbnb is exclusively just for our Airbnb guest. 
This home is located 5 minutes from PBI, 3 minutes from I 95, 10 to 15 minutes from our beaches and local
restaurants.
The house have 2 attached efficiency on the East with their own entries. The Airbnb entry is on the west side of the property.
Our guest will find a lock box that holds the keys to enter the Airbnb unit and laundry that it’s facing front parking.
Our Guest have full access to Main Unit Space, its own private entry and key lock box is hang on wall next to entry door, yard space facing west side of house with chairs and table and gas grill. Our guest are responsible to leave The gas grill clean before check out.

Tourist 6% Tax, due at time of booking. This will cover Palm Beach County mandatory tax for Tourist Rental. You will receive a request for money. It will have the total due for this tax and you can pay through that request.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
