Cottage is located in the back of the main house through a walkway. It has a kitchenette and not a full kitchen. Washer and dryer is located in a laundry room outside to be shared with the main house. Bathroom consist of a shower, toilet, shelves, and no vanity. The only sink is located in front of the bathroom.
There are several cats that reside on the property that are fed by our neighbors. If you have allergies to cats or dislike them then I would not recommend this stay.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
