Hotel-style services, including daily housekeeping, room service and on-demand personal service, are not included unless specifically stated in this listing. Building employees oversee the property and its shared amenities but do not manage this reservation or provide in-unit guest services. All questions, requests, maintenance concerns and service needs related to your stay must be directed to Guaranteed Rental™. Guests have private use of the entire condominium and shared access to the designated residential amenities permitted by the building. UPPER POOL RENOVATION The upper pool is currently closed for renovation and should be completed by April 2027. The lower oceanfront pool and beach area remain available from sunrise to sunset, subject to building operations, maintenance and weather. Construction schedules and amenity availability may change. If access to a particular amenity is essential to your stay, please contact Guaranteed Rental™ before booking. HOUSEKEEPING Only the cleaning performed after departure is included in the reservation. Daily housekeeping and linen service are not included. Additional housekeeping may be arranged through Guaranteed Rental™ for $345 per visit with at least 24 hours’ advance notice, subject to availability. Linens will be changed during each scheduled housekeeping visit. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Guests may not arrange or allow access for third-party service providers without prior written approval from Guaranteed Rental™. This includes, but is not limited to, private chefs, housekeepers, massage therapists, beauty professionals, photographers, tour operators and grocery delivery or stocking services requiring entry into the building or residence. Approval must be obtained before the service is scheduled. Building security may deny entry to providers who have not been authorized in advance. CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. Access before 4:00 p.m. is not permitted. Checkout is no later than 10:00 a.m. Late checkout is not permitted.
