I am a retired music educator in the Atlanta area who enjoys people. I love to read and journal. I also love my hometown in Florida (the Palm Beaches) and currently do much traveling there and to other places to spend time with loved ones and friends.
I love to read and journal. I also love shopping for the perfect items that create a cozy space where my guests feel as though they are at home.
Please Note: I have stated no pets because I have severe asthma, and because of health reasons, I am unable to accommodate animals in my home, as I reside in the home. There is a large fenced in backyard with side gate access where an animal may stay. (Exceptions can not be made for service animals indoors.)
One private Cozy Bedroom with queen-sized bed, closet space, storage accommodations for clothes and luggage, brand new Smart TV, WIFI access. Common area includes cute, comfy front porch, living/dining room/kitchen/restroom. A tour will be provided regarding accommodations.
*Avoid areas that are locked.
I am available to answer questions and will also give you your space during visit.
Friendly neighborhood 8 minutes away from the Singer Island, 7 minutes from the Riviera Beach Marina. (See in photos many nearby places to enjoy.)
For the "carless", Uber is available for getting around.
Parking is available for one car in the front of the home.
NOTE: For those parking out front, guest's removal of all visible items from all seats of your vehicle is required. No exceptions.
The home has keyless access (code to be provided).
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
