The outdoor seating area besides the pool is bigger than the photos appear. The backyard area in general was about double the size that I was thinking from photos. We had a baby sitter come to the house and that was easy for her, easy parking, easy area to watch the kids. The kids made the side sunroom/office their playroom. --Eric G. Pool heat is available for an extra $25 per day should you want it, however, at most times during the year the sun naturally heats the pool. Just let us know before you arrive so we can have it ready for your arrival. Is the home kid- and grandparent-friendly? Definitely. The layout works great for families — just note there are stairs between floors. Are pets allowed? We do welcome well-behaved pets — we just ask for prior notice. To ensure the highest standard of cleanliness for every guest, we charge a one-time $250 pet fee. This allows us to perform a deep clean after your stay. How’s the neighborhood? It’s a historic West Palm neighborhood with a creative edge — a little bit old Florida, a little bit up-and-coming. If you love finding the cool coffee shops and street art before everyone else does, you’ll feel right at home. Downtown and the beaches are just minutes away by car or Uber. Is there a property manager onsite? Yes — Tom lives quietly in a separate cottage on the property.
