All cameras are located outdoors only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home. At Casa Paraíso, you’ll enjoy the perfect mix of modern comfort, outdoor living, and prime access to everything Palm Beach has to offer. Guests will have access to the entire property, including all indoor living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, patio, pool, and outdoor entertainment areas. The only areas not accessible to guests are a few locked supply/owner closets used for housekeeping and property storage. We respect our guests’ privacy and offer self check-in for a seamless arrival. While you’ll have the home entirely to yourself, our team is always available through the booking platform, phone, or text if you have any questions, need local recommendations, or need assistance during your stay. We aim to be responsive while giving you space to fully enjoy your time at Casa Paraíso. To help us maintain Casa Paraíso and preserve a great relationship with our neighbors, we kindly ask all guests to review and respect the following house rules: • No smoking inside the property – $500 noncompliance fee • No pets allowed – $500 noncompliance fee • No parties, events, or large gatherings – $500 noncompliance fee • Only registered guests are permitted on the property – $100 noncompliance fee per unregistered guest, per night • Any damages to the home, furnishings, or amenities may result in charges equal to the repair or replacement cost Check-In / Check-Out • Check-in: Anytime after 4:00 PM • Check-out: By 11:00 AM • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and based on availability Quiet Hours • 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM We have a great relationship with our neighbors and greatly appreciate your help in keeping the neighborhood peaceful and respectful. Additional Information • Pool heating is available during the cooler/winter months upon request. To ensure the water reaches a comfortable temperature by your arrival, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Please submit your request through the booking platform prior to check-in. • If booking during hurricane season (June 1 – November 30), we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind. • Our home may not be suitable for guests with certain mobility or visual impairments, as the property may include features that are not fully accessibility-adapted.
