POOL AND SPA ARE IN!!! This swank cottage is located in the heart of Historical Northwood Village. Just 1 block to great restaurants, shops, the famous Flagler drive along the waterfront. Palm Beach Island and the most gorgeous beaches are just a short drive. We are 7min. to Dntwn WPB & the airport. A perfect spot for a fun vacation. Updated kitchen, huge backyard, comfortable beds, elegant furnishings and well equipped. Northwood Village will charm you so much you won't want to leave! Hardwood floors, open floor plan; cozy, stylish furnishings. The living room, dining room and kitchen all work in harmony with each other. Each bedroom is spacious, comfy beds with blackout shades for an excellent nights sleep; and we have 1.5 baths to make the stay more enjoyable. There are French doors from the yellow bedroom to the back yard and kitchen has a door leading to the enormous back yard! Perfect for you 2 and 4 legged babies:) We are completely fenced in. The kitchen is well equipped, with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. The laundry room has a full size washer/dryer and beach chairs for you to use as well. Close to the beaches, waterfront and Flagler Dr. A wonderful area to walk, bike or jog. The Village has an eclectic assortment of great restaurants and shops. All within walking distance to our home. The homes here are historic with tree lines streets and lots of mango trees. Great for walking and taking in all the beauty our neighborhood has to offer. We are minutes from the airport, downtown West Palm Beach. If you want to be a bit Fahncy there is Palm Beach Island and Worth Ave just 10 mins away, over the bridge, to soothe your high end shopping and dining needs. It's a nice walk if you're feeling spry or an easy bike ride. If you're a yachty, we are very close to Rybovich Marina and I have other properties in the neighborhood too! Ask me for more details. Our beaches are stunning and you have many choices. Singer Island is my favorite, large and spacious, with easy access and fun restaurants. But Palm Beach is the closest. Parking can get a bit pricey there, so be aware of your time. Like water sports? There's lots really close by; jet skiing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, diving and more. Christmas is always fun in Northwood as we do a home tour each year. Neighbors open their homes and thousands of people come from all over to take a stroll through our beautifully restored, historic homes. There is entertainment, food, drinks, strolling carolers, music and more. It's really special and very festive. We love walking to our favorite spots just a few blocks away. Whole Foods and the Outlet Mall are really close for provisions. Rosemary Square is approx. 2mi., fun for shopping dining, movies, comedy club and more. Check out my digital guidebook for more info on local favs. I know you will love it here as much as we do! Nearly everything you need is within walking or biking distance. Uber is a great resource as well. However if you have a car, we have off street parking in our driveway or in front of our home. we ask you try not to park in front of the neighbors homes. Giving the space to them for their needs. We have a fast train here called the Brightline. It can take you from downtown West Palm Beach to Ft. Lauderdale or Miami in record time. They offer free rides to and from the train station within a 5 mi radius, which we are well with in. You must book those free rides 2hrs in advance; go to their website for rates, schedules and information. It's very clean and wonderful service. There are Circuit rides for free around downtown. They don't come quite as far to our door, but maybe if you ask them to pick you up or drop you off on Northwood Rd, its just a 2 block walk. We have bikes, with for you to use as well. Please use at your own risk and lock them where ever you go. The parking is free on the street, but we have a long driveway, 2 cars fit easily with one in the carport. We just finished the pool and spa. Landscaping went in recently as well and we are now getting the backyard furnished. The photos are an update as of 5.14.2026 .
