Entire rental unit. Budget-friendly no-frills RV in quiet neighborhood

This RV is offered for the traveler looking to save money and can find an enjoyable experience anywhere they are. The RV comes with a full bed, two single bunk beds and is equipped with a small kitchen area (propane stove), couch and dining area. Bathroom is tiny but does the job. Great outdoor patio area! The RV will be clean and tidy but if you are a picky, difficult type of guest, please do not rent this space. It is for easygoing, chill guests who just need a place to sleep on a budget. The RV is located in the backyard of a home in a quiet yet highly populated suburb. The general property will be shared by other guests who rent out rooms in the main house. No access is permitted to go upstairs to the second level porch or apartment. Guests of the RV are welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas, though avoiding loitering immediately outside any windows of the main home as to not disturb other guests staying. This RV comes equipped with a VERY small bathroom, with low ceilings. While the toilet is connected to city sewer, guests must not flush any toilet paper or other hygiene products down the toilet; it must be placed in waste basket provided. If this is concerning for you, you may request access to a full bathroom and shower in the main house for an additional daily fee of $20 (this may be discounted for long-term stays; see host). PARKING Parking is first come, first serve in the driveway. There are five designated parking areas, including one by the mailbox (not available between 12-4 pm). If your party has more than one vehicle, only one is permitted in the driveway. Street parking is always free; do NOT park on neighbors' grass. You will have access to RV and outdoor areas as part of your reservation. You may request main house access for kitchen and bathroom use for an extra $20 per day (see host for long-stay discount). In the main house, you do NOT have access to any numbered room, nor any cupboard or space labeled as PRIVATE. I am outgoing and like to interact with guest but will follow their lead and respect their wishes if minimal conversation is preferred. I will not refrain from reaching out to guests in the event of an emergency, issue on the property or when handling guest issues such as house rule violations, etc. REVIEWS of this listing MUST be fair and balanced based on what you rented, not what you wish you had rented.
