Enjoy this spacious, two bedroom, two bath home with a heated pool and steps to Ocean Reef Beach or the private community beach next to the Marriott. Sunroom with pull out sofa provides accommodations for six, while the fully hedged and fenced turfed backyard is the perfect private retreat. With Christina’s hospitality roots, we’re passionate about creating a welcoming experience and have designed this rental to blend modern comfort with trending amenities for an unforgettable stay. The house is the perfect setup and location for a girls weekend, family vacation, or a long term stay while you look to purchase locally or complete your own home renovations. Guest Bedroom Setup: Depending on the needs of your party, the guest bedroom can be configured as two twin beds, or we can use the converter to configure one king bed. All mattresses in the house are luxury Casper mattresses. Sunroom Configuration: The sunroom is located off the kitchen, separate from the bedrooms and main living room. It does not have a door the create an entirely private bedroom, but it does have a pull out queen sofa, ordering sleeping arrangements for two additional guests, for a total of 6 guests. Accessibility: The house is not “officially” ADA compliant but it is accessible for guests with accessibility requirements. The main entrance of the house does not require stairs, and only has a hurricane proof small lip at the front door. The rest of the home is one level, with the exception of a small step down to the sunroom (handle on wall to assist) and step down into the guest bathroom shower. The guest bathroom shower is very large and has a detachable shower head. The house does not have any sets of stairs. We have proudly hosted many guests with accessibility concerns while they are receiving treatments at one of our world class neighboring hospitals in the county, and alleviated their concerns prior to the trip by sharing FaceTime videos of the property, and delighted them upon arrival with the ease of enjoyment of the property. In addition, we welcome certified service dogs on property. Security: Two ring cameras are located on the exterior of the property over the driveway and front entrance for home and guest security and safety. Getting Around: Singer Island is very easy to navigate by bicycle or foot. Uber, Lyft, car services, golf cart rentals and car rentals are available as well. Guests will be given a pin code for the front door the morning the day of their arrival. Upon entry, guests will receive a garage door opener to use during their stay as well. The roads in the neighborhood were replaced 3 years ago and are beautiful for walking, running and using the bicycles to explore the island and neighborhood. Enjoy the complimentary bicycles in the garage, rent a golf cart or a rental vehicle, or enjoy strolling the beautiful streets throughout the neighborhood. The backyard was fully turfed and a putting green was added in June 2025, providing an oasis and endless Florida fun!
