All beds and mattresses are high quality, with trundle beds in bedrooms and a pull-out in the living room to accommodate larger groups (see pics).
The kitchen is fully equipped, and parking is available for 4 vehicles (refer to pics).
Facing the property, the driveway on the left is your exclusive parking spot. Additional street parking is available if needed.
I have two lovely shot term rentals here: one located at the back and another at the front. This listing pertains to the house situated at the front of the property. As our guest, you'll have exclusive access to this house, as well as the serene outdoor area. It's important to keep in mind that this outdoor space is shared with the other rental.
There's a shared laundry room located right outside the house and completely free of charge.
Located in the historic Northwood Harbor residential neighborhood 1 block from the Intracoastal waterway and 2 miles from downtown West Palm Beach:

A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
