This single family home is 2br. 1 bath. Guests will have access to a single bedroom with ample closet and dresser space. The kitchen, dining room, bathroom and back yard are available for your private use.
There is No front door or living room access. Guests will enter the home through the private driveway gate and the backdoor.
Guests can call or text me anytime through the app or my personal cell.
I have an outdoor cat name Luna. She lives under the house in the rear. You may see her from time to time. She is very friendly but cautious. She keeps her distance and understands if her presence is not wanted.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
