Walking distance to Bak middle school of arts (best middle school of arts in Florida) and local park and a lake! The house have a nice pool, fruit trees like mango. Located on oversized lot, close to everything. I own similar property in a walking distance with over 90 positive reviews.

The only available solution is to schedule an additional pest control treatment, and we will do our best to arrange this as quickly as possible. Please note that service availability may vary, especially on weekends and holidays.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
