The house is located less than five miles from West Palm(WP) beaches, downtown, two miles from WP outlet mall, restaurants, main highway (I-95) , St. Mary's medical center, BAK Middle School of the Arts, Kravis Center, convention center, Tri-rail, yoga studio, nightlife. This is the bigger half of the house with private entrance best accommodated for a family of 4. Full-size kitchen is available with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, water filter and all the utensils. Parking is available near the house. There is covered parking on the first come, first serve bases. Also, the drive way is large enough to fit multiple cars. Please do not block other guests. All communication should be done through Airbnb application. Our neighbourhood is very nice. However, we always suggest on traveling by car in around downtown or using cab, Uber, or Lyft. The house parking is on first come, first serve basis. Please make sure that you are not blocking other guests. There is covered parking as well as wide drive way plus street parking. There is a canal in the backyard, which has alligators, so be aware. Please contact us with any questions regarding air conditioner temperature changes.
