The studio is located next to our family home, totally independent from us. You will have your own parking space for one car next to the entrance door. The private garden will give you the ability to sit in the evenings and enjoy the wonderful Florida weather. We have made sure that the final result of our unit compromises the modern style with all the comforts that you will need during your stay. Supermarkets such as Walmart and Publix are within a few blocks of the unit. You will also find very close Walgreens and several gas stations. We recommend you visit the Palm Beach Oulet mall, just 10 minutes away, where you will find high-level stores with super special prices. And as a bonus an excellent WholeFood Market. The Downtwon Palm Beach area, like Rosemary Square, is ideal for peaceful walks as well as visiting its exquisite restaurants with a wide variety of styles and flavors. The entire Palm beach area is wonderful to explore. Please let us know your interests, and we will gladly suggest the most special places to visit. You will find public transportation only a few blocks from the unit. The closest beach is Palm Beach, only 14 minutes away by car. Downtown Palm Beach is located a 12 minute drive. For your convenience the Palm Beach Airport is only a 10 minute drive away. The West Palm Beach train station is located 14 minutes away and is very useful if you want to go to Miami and all the cities in between, such as Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale. It also has direct arrival at Miami International Airport. The famous I-95 freeway is only 5 minutes away, and the Turnpike is only 9 minutes away, taking you to Orlando in just 2 hours and 30 minutes. “We have only one parking space available for each reservation”
