Cottage home in the North Palm Beach area with beach house charm and easy access to everything you'll need! This home is cozy and comfortable with space for up to 3 guests! You'll enjoy a fully outfitted kitchen for all your cooking and baking needs, a dedicated workspace, Wifi TV to watch your favorite shows and a quick drive to retailers large and small. There’s also a private all-turf backyard with loungers and a hammock for afternoon relaxation! This cottage-style guest home has a spacious bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an office/extra sleeping space with foldable rollaway bed that can be set up upon request. There's a full desk setup for office work and a comfortable reading area. The kitchen is equipped with full-sized appliances and there is a full-sized washer and dryer inside as well. Outside you'll have access to a private rear deck with BBQ grill and plenty of room to lounge. You'll have access to the entire home during your stay however the driveway is shared with a home at the front of the property and a storage garage at the rear of the property. Guests in the front home will have access to their own patio area so the back deck is yours to enjoy privately. We kindly ask that vehicles are parked in the designated spaces at the front of the home so as not to block access to the other units and that any guests not on the reservation depart by 9pm. Please message us here in the app! It's a quick ride to breakfast, lunch and dinner spots and close to the North Palm Beach Country Club that has recently undergone a full renovation. Although public transportation is close by, you'll probably want to rent a car for your visit. There is so much to see and do in the area and having your own vehicle is the best way to get around.
