Hosts live in a separate home on the property, but you will have a private driveway (space for up to 4 cars), walkway, and gate access including your own private covered patio. Backyard is shared with hosts only and fully fenced in with access to pool and firepit 24/7. There is a shed next to the home that is equipped with a private washer/dryer, lawn games, and beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, etc.). Surf boards/kayaks/canoe can also be available upon request. Inside, you will find a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances. Bathrooms are newly renovated and fully stocked with hair dryer and toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Master bedroom comes with king bed, ensuite bathroom, Smart TV, and blackout curtains. Guest bedroom comes with a queen bed and includes a laptop-friendly workspace. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet and storage space. You will also have all the essentials in the utility closet including iron/board, beach and shower towels, and extra pillows, linens, and blankets. No cable, but house comes with high-speed Wi-Fi and two smart TVs with guest access to Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. Pet friendly with $125 fee - please read policy under House Rules below! Shopping, restaurants, golf, airport, and beaches are all within a 12-mile radius! This home is perfectly located between downtown West Palm Beach and Jupiter. Don’t forget we live right on the property, so if you need anything during your stay just let us know! We are happy to provide recommendations for fun things to do, local food and restaurants, and the best beaches to visit! Self check-in is available. You will have access to the entire home, covered patio, and shed. Shared spaces include fully fenced-in backyard, pool, and firepit. Surf boards/kayaks/canoe may be available upon request. The house is located across the street from the Earman River in the North Palm Beach area. Anchorage Park is the neighborhood park which features plenty of green space, walking paths, sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, playgrounds, and fishing spots. This home is centrally located to world-class shopping, dining, golfing, boating, fishing/diving, and beaches from Jupiter to Palm Beach Island! Only 20-minutes to downtown West Palm Beach where you can visit Rosemary Square, historic Northwood, Grandview Market, and a variety of shops, dining, and nightlife options on Clematis Street. Also only 20-minutes to Jupiter where you can visit the Jupiter Lighthouse, Jonathan Dickenson State Park, Jupiter Inlet, and fabulous dining and live music at Guanabanas and Square Grouper.
