Our home, situated on the attractive Singer Island, is a spacious villa with a private saltwater pool and a beautiful view of the intracoastal lagoon and Little Munyon Island. The house is located a short walk (~10 min) from the sandy Atlantic beach for swimming and snorkeling. Singer Island offers several beach parks and lots of opportunities for water activities such as snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and bird watching. Lots of restaurants and shopping by PGA Blvd nearby.
Highlights close by include Phil Foster Park with one of Florida's best snorkeling and diving spots right off the beach (best at high tide), Peanut Island with great children-friendly snorkeling and John D MacArthur Beach State Park with a gorgeous beach and a system of islands and lagoons for kayaking or paddle boarding.

We have two Hobie Kona kayaks (each for one or two people) for use by our guests to explore the intracoastal lagoon. Basic beach gear is provided (cooler, beach umbrella, snorkeling gear for 3-4 people, beach chairs and a boogie board). Weber grills (both charcoal and gas) are also available.
Seasonal natural attractions include: turtle nesting (mainly in June-July), manatee viewing (best in the coldest winter months: December-February), horseshoe crab mating (May), and our huge Mango tree (fruits ripe in late May/June/July)
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
