There is no life guard on duty. The owners of the property, will not beheld liable for accidents, pool-related, sea wall, lake or dock accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. Swimming is not permitted in the canal as dangerous wildlife may be present and boat traffic poses a risk to injury. No illegal drugs are permitted to be stored or used at any time at The Beach House. Not allow parties.. This is a residential neighborhood, no loud music, noise, or partying. While the neighbors are aware of The Airbnb, they aren't very tolerant of excessive noise and partying. Guests must sign and return the Pool & Rental Liability Waiver 3 days prior to check-in.OR AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN!
The heated pool will be off. There will be additional $50 fee per day if you would like temperature to be higher (up to 85 degrees) For pool temperatures of 86 to 100 degrees, it will be an additional $75 fee per day. Pool service happens on Monday morning.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
