Come enjoy & relax at your very own Key West-inspired home. Near the beach, this place invites you to escape with its beautiful, relaxing décor that features vast indoor and outdoor gathering spaces great for entertaining. Perfect place to enjoy some good times with your family or group of friends! Near the beach & a few mins' drive to quaint shopping districts, golf, restaurants, and water activities, there is something for every vacationer! The main home has 2 bedrooms with a Queen and two twins respectively, and 1 bathroom. The Guest will also have access to the guest cottage in the back of the house. It has a Queen bed, bathroom, shower, and kitchenette. We will never place another guest in that unit while you are there and you will have access to both spaces. You will have access to both homes on the property. Access will be programmed with the same code which is usually the last 4 digits of your registered phone number. Lock codes are programed 10 minutes before and deleted 10 minutes after your scheduled check-out time. This property is owned by Lily + Isaac Tavares (LIT). Most of your interactions will be with either Lily or Isaac Tavares. We won't be there to host you in person, but are here to serve your hosting needs remotely. We are walking distance to Singer Island and Peanut Island Park! Singer Island an oceanfront neighborhood part of the city of Riviera Beach offers a relaxing blend of natural beauty seven miles of pristine beaches and upscale hotels and resorts. If you hate cooking or merely want to experience someone else’s culinary creativity, Singer Island will not disappoint. There is no shortage of options both in terms of cuisine and atmosphere in this category either. Gluten-free Mexican? They have that, and The Two Drunken Goats is so popular! Peanut Island is a wee (80-acre) attraction that may be the secret of Singer. Boating, fishing, and swimming are all very popular attractions for visitors. The island is also known for a lovely walkway surrounding the perimeter that allows visitors to experience the waves, sun, and breeze all at once in a peaceful, winding path. There’s even an area for tents for those who want to stay overnight on Peanut Island Park. A truly well-maintained paradise, the simplicity of Peanut Island may only be rivaled by its natural allure. Did I mention, no more driving needed - so park your car in our driveway and explore beaches, lessons, touring, cruises, jet skis, wave runners, kayaking, fishing, snorkeling, and everything else this area has to offer by walking around the corner right beyond my back yard fence. Get Wet Water Sports has great deals for our guests! Uber / Lyft rides to Downtown West Palm Beach (City Place / Rosemary Square) or to Downtown Palm Beach Gardens are about 10 minutes. Garbage night is Wednesday and Saturday. For longer stays, (one week or more) we ask that guests place the bin out front on garbage days to maintain sanitary conditions on the property while you stay.
