Me and my team are available around the clock to ensure you have a wonderful experience at my home 🙂 This home sits in a quiet, walkable neighborhood in West Palm Beach. The neighborhood is walkable, and parking is available on-site (driveway). 🏊‍♂️ The pool is not heated, however we offer a large luxury hot tub for your convenience. 🌡️ The Thermostat is adjustable for your pleasure! Note: It does not go below 69 degrees. ⏰ Check-In / Check-Out: • Standard Check-In: After 4:00 PM • Standard Check-Out: By 10:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability and subject to an additional fee. Please contact us in advance to confirm. 🌙 Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am - strictly enforced (No parties or events allowed ) 🚗 Parking: Free parking is available! All vehicles must be parked within the driveway located on the property, or on the street in front of the house (up to 2 cars). Cars are NOT permitted to park on the sidewalks or the lawn in any circumstances. 🎥 Security Cameras cover only the exterior areas of the property. They are located: - Facing the driveway of the home - Facing the front of the home - Facing the pool / basketball court in the backyard - Facing the fire pit / golf course in the backyard They remain on and operational at all times - solely for security purposes and to ensure the safety of our guests and the property. 🚭 No Smoking or inside the house or in the backyard. Any signs of smoking or partying will result to $1,000 fine. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 14 people. Additional guests beyond the reservation must be disclosed (and may incur extra fees). ✨ The property undergoes strict cleaning and sanitizing. While we regularly treat for bugs, insects and ants - please be aware that Florida's sub-tropical climate can attract insects. To minimize this, kindly keep doors closed as a preventive measure. 🐕‍🦺 Dogs are welcome here (no cats or other animals). Please note there is an additional fee for pets - this requires a more extensive clean for the next guest. You are responsible for cleaning after your pets (both inside and outside). We will request reimbursement for any damaged furniture or sheets. Any undeclared pets may result to cancellation of the booking. 🌿🏊 Landscaping and Pool Service occurs weekly. Please understand they may perform service during your stay. If you want to be notified in advance, please inform us upon check-in. ❤️ Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. 🤝 Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to settle a refundable deposit to our discretion prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared which is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property. 🗒️ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an Instant Book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
