Cozy Private Guest Suite with a comfortable full size bed, private workspace and closet. Guest Suite is detached from Main House. There is a 1/2 kitchen kitchen stocked with dishes, a fridge, and a microwave. Keurig Coffee Machine. For your convenience and enjoyment the Guest suite has a Flat Screen smart TV, free WiFi. If you’re traveling with someone or alone, this place is great for a cool comfortable stay on a low budget!
If you’re traveling with more than one guest who also needs a room, we have other rooms available in the home. Just ask! They may be available for the same time.
You will have access to your private Guest suite room that is detached from main house.
My Wife/partner & or I will be available if needed. We have a small office in the home & will be there on occasion or stop by during the stay to say hello.

**Safety**
No one has access to the main home except for another confirmed Airbnb guest, cleaners, maintenance crew, my Wife/Partner or myself who may access the main home during the day.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
