Age Requirements This property is NOT available for college group rentals. Reservations will not be accepted for individuals or groups composed primarily of guests under the age of twenty-five (25). For groups including guests under 25, at least one adult aged 25 or older is required for every 4 guests under 25 years of age. This 1:4 ratio needs to be maintained during the entire duration of your stay. If your group includes guests under 25 years of age, please notify us. Failure to comply with these policies will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. No Pets Policy We maintain a strict no-pets policy.
