The home is less than 3 miles from downtown West Palm Beach and convenient to Palm Beach International Airport, Palm Beach Outlets, beaches, restaurants, shopping, hospitals and everyday essentials. Whether you're heading to the beach, exploring downtown or simply relaxing by your private heated pool, you'll have an ideal home base for your stay. This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home offers plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and relax. The primary bedroom features a king bed, two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has a queen bunk bed, TV, and its own door leading directly to the pool area. The home has two separate living areas, each with a large-screen TV perfect for giving kids and adults their own space to relax. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the basics plus an air fryer, Crock-Pot, pressure cooker and griddle. Outside, enjoy the private enclosed heated pool, outdoor seating, and natural gas grill. The driveway comfortably accommodates up to four vehicles with a max of 6. Guests can enter through the front door or use the driveway-side kitchen entrance, which makes unloading groceries and luggage especially convenient. Guests have private access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, the private heated swimming pool, and the fully privacy-fenced backyard. The home, backyard, and pool are exclusively yours during your stay—there are no shared spaces. You’ll receive a unique door code for your reservation that provides access to the front door. Your code is active only during your scheduled reservation time. Please plan to arrive and depart at the listed check-in and check-out times. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Our cleaners are amazing, but even they can’t make the washer and dryer work any faster! We appreciate your understanding and want to make sure every guest arrives to a freshly cleaned and prepared home. We want you to have a wonderful stay and are available by text or through the Airbnb app if you need anything. We can’t fix what we don’t know about, so please let us know how we can make your stay even better. West Palm Beach is beautiful with its clean white sand and blue waters. You will enjoy watching the sun rise and set here. Parking is easy to find with plenty of parking meters on both sides of the road. Our families favorite spot is at Phil Foster Park just 8 miles away from the house. There is plenty of shade from the bridge, free parking, bathrooms, easy walk into the water, super clear water with many colorful fish. My son likes to explore the sunken boat under the bridge. Another must see beside Phil Foster is Peanut Island. We take the ferry to it. It’s a snorkeler's paradise. An 80 acre park. Many boats like to dock here. Johnny Longboats (nearby) is my favorite for breakfast but good all times of day. The eggs Benedict over homemade hash is amazing and found at no other place. They start with live tropical music in the morning and continue with live bands throughout the day. Then enjoy a walk on the beach right there since you are so close. Bolay is less than one mile from the house and is my new favorite lunch spot. Several different ways to create your bowl with fresh ingredients. The whole picky family likes this place. You are within a few minutes drive to shopping and entertainment. To keep the home, pool, and outdoor areas well maintained, routine service may take place during your stay. Our pool is professionally serviced every Thursday, and landscaping and exterior pest-control services may also be performed as scheduled. You do not need to be home for these visits, and service providers do not need access inside the house. They may briefly enter the backyard to complete their work. Because the pool and backyard are outdoors, occasional leaves or natural debris may find their way into the pool between professional cleanings.
