The beach, airport, outlets, Walmart, Costco, Sam's, grocery stores, all types of food, you name it, only minutes away. Yet stay in a quiet neighborhood. You will enjoy the enclosed heated pool, endless natural gas grill, outdoor furniture, and smart tv's in every bedroom. The newly updated kitchen comes fully stocked with all you will need for cooking. Kick back, relax, and get cozy Situated in a quiet family neighborhood close to all your needs. You can easily park four cars in the driveway. Enter the front door with your code or phone into the living room or there is access straight from the driveway into the kitchen making it easy to unload groceries. Relax at the house by the pool, grill some burgers, play corn hole, then put your feet up for a movie. Two living areas allows for the kids to view one large screen tv and adults in the other room for their movie. Your welcome:) The kitchen has all you need. The basics plus extras like a new air fryer, crock pot, pressure cooker, and griddle. Guests have access to the whole house, and private swimming pool. You will be provided a code that is specific to your reservation to unlock the front door. Your code will only work for your reservation time. Sorry we are no longer able to adjust the time for early arrivals or late check out. As amazing as the cleaners are they cannot make the washer and dryer work any faster. We can’t improve if we don’t know. West Palm Beach is beautiful with its clean white sand and blue waters. You will enjoy watching the sun rise and set here. Parking is easy to find with plenty of parking meters on both sides of the road. Our families favorite spot is at Phil Foster Park just 8 miles away from the house. There is plenty of shade from the bridge, free parking, bathrooms, easy walk into the water, super clear water with many colorful fish. My son likes to explore the sunken boat under the bridge. Another must see beside Phil Foster is Peanut Island. We take the ferry to it. It’s a snorkeler's paradise. An 80 acre park. Many boats like to dock here. Johnny Longboats (nearby) is my favorite for breakfast but good all times of day. The eggs Benedict over homemade hash is amazing and found at no other place. They start with live tropical music in the morning and continue with live bands throughout the day. Then enjoy a walk on the beach right there since you are so close. Bolay is less than one mile from the house and is my new favorite lunch spot. Several different ways to create your bowl with fresh ingredients. The whole picky family likes this place. You are within a few minutes drive to shopping and entertainment. The pool guy comes on Thursdays, you do not need to be at the house. Landscapers and pest control may be outside sometime during your stay as well.
