Guests can walk 3 short blocks to the Bay for a nice snorkel, catch a water taxi to Peanut Island, or walk 3 blocks to catch some surf. Short and long term rents welcome.
Cozy beach getaway with all the comforts of home like extra comforters, pillows, beach towels, games, and even surf boards, bikes, & kayaks.
Please note that each unit has a private patio space that is restricted to use by the guests staying at that particular unit.
Public areas include all the spaces outside the private patios. For example, the entire South side which includes the kayaks & boards, chess, and small tables & chairs are open to ALL guests.

Water taxi's are often taken to Peanut Island from Sailfish Marina which is about 3 short blocks South. Bicycles are avaliable at no extra charge to help cruise on land. Surf boards, kayaks, and a SUP can be used to get around on the water.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
