This is the life! Settle into this 1 BR/1BA ground level, 50's- inspired apartment and immediately enjoy all that picturesque Singer Island has to offer. Situated just steps from the beach, a marina, and numerous shops and eateries, you'll find that C'est la Vie packs a lot into a little. Lovingly updated in 2025, Unit 1's stylish color palette in warm greens and golds is reminiscent of a more relaxed era, and it invites you to do just that-- relax! C'est la Vie consists of 6 individual (1 bedroom, 1 bath) apartments as well as an owner's suite. This lovely complex, situated on coveted Singer Island, has just had a fresh makeover, but the owners (same since the early 90s) kept all of its charm in place! Each unit offers a small but efficient and full kitchen, so if you don't feel like eating out (and the options are endless) then you can easily prepare a meal at home. All kitchen linens, dishware, glassware, pots and pans, etc. are provided. The spacious living room is awash with sunlight and has been decorated with an eye toward simplistic minimalism-- because sometimes less truly is more. You are in a fantastic seaside setting, so we don't smother you with seashells or mermaids to remind you of that. A five minute walk to the beach can do that for you! The unit's bedroom features a queen-sized memory foam mattress on a platform bed, and there is also a built-in dresser and two closets for your hanging needs. Light-blocking shades promote a great night's sleep. The bedroom and the living room have been styled to match the unit's unique bathroom, which has retained its 50's glam. While the bathroom has an updated vanity and flush, we've retained the original tub and tile, so you'll delight in the fun colors you'll find. If the size of your party is three not two. we can accommodate you on the folding queen memory-foam mattress. Linens are provided as well. The living room sofa unfolds into a sleeping surface, too. Since we don't keep the extra bedding in the unit, kindly remind us in advance of your arrival that you're a party of three. We supply coffee, tea and water-- enough to get you started for sure, as well as all of the essentials-- bed, bath and kitchen linens, body soap, shampoo and conditioner, paper goods and cleaning supplies. To get to C'est la Vie, fly into Palm Beach International (PBI) and then you're only a 10-mile drive away. Once at C'est la Vie, you truly do not need a car. In addition to being a very short walking distance to fantastic beaches, there are restaurants and shopping galore. Groceries and laundry facilities are nearby, too. As our guest at C'est la Vie, you have your own private, first floor apartment. Access to your unit is via a smart lock, so don't worry if you arrive late, as you can get in any time day or night. Outside, your patio is adjacent to or across from the other units. There are 7 units in all, with a tidy green courtyard in the middle. We come and go at the property, so you may or may not see us during your visit. Should something come up, however, know that we have caretakers and additional family members very nearby who can help in a pinch. From our perspective, no news is good news, so if we don't hear from you during your stay we take that as a good sign! If you need an iron or ironing board there's one on the property. Just ask and we can lend it. As we get our units up and running there will probably be one in each unit, but for now simply ask. We have some beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, too. Eventually we will have enough for each unit so please ask in advance if you'd like to use them during your stay.
