You have private access to your suite and all the outdoor amenities that make this home special. Feel free to enjoy the pool and the lagoon views from the backyard! My mother and I live in a separate part of the house, so while we are around to ensure you have a seamless stay, your space is your own.
Should I be unavailable to respond, or at any point during your stay, a brief walk to the front of the property, specifically to our main entrance, will ensure immediate assistance.
A Note on Our History, Privacy, & Pets:
Hospitality and family roots run deep here! My mother bought this beautiful waterfront property back in 1988, and I was lucky enough to grow up right here. In 2020, she decided to share this slice of paradise and began hosting it on Vrbo under the name "Beachy Tiki."
Today, I have returned home to live with and care for my wonderful mom, while also taking over the daily operations, doing some fresh updates, and transitioning the space into Lakeside Lagoon on Flagler. Because my mom is living with dementia, her memory isn't what it used to be. She is sweet as can be and completely harmless, but she might still proudly call the property "Beachy Tiki" or share a favorite old Florida story with you if you cross paths!
My absolute favorite part of being a host is getting to see this place through our guests' eyes. When you live somewhere for so long, you can get used to it and start to overlook the little things. Hearing what our guests enjoy most always reminds me of why I’m so incredibly grateful to have grown up here. It reminds me never to take this beautiful oasis for granted, and it makes me so happy to share it with you.
We have friendly pets on-site, but please know your privacy is our top priority. Our guests get absolute "first dibs" and total exclusion at the pool, dock, and tiki hut. I handle 100% of the management, so if you ever need anything at all, just message me directly!
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
