The home This entire property comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests across five bedrooms and two full bathrooms, spread over two levels to give groups room to spread out. The layout works well for families and multi-generational stays, balancing shared spaces with private sleeping areas. Throughout the home, you’ll find a relaxed setting suited to longer stays, supported by high-speed wifi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, and self check-in via smart lock. Sleeping arrangements Five bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged across both floors. Bed configurations are as follows: One bedroom with a king bed Three bedrooms with queen beds One bedroom with two twin beds One queen-over-queen bunk bed Fresh linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage are provided to support a comfortable stay. Bathrooms Two full bathrooms are available - one on each level. Each includes bathroom essentials and hot water, offering a practical setup for larger groups getting ready at the same time. Kitchen and dining The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking and shared meals, paired with a dining area that seats eight. A coffee maker and complimentary coffee are provided, making slow mornings or early starts equally convenient. Indoor dining is supported year-round, with outdoor dining available in the backyard. Indoor living and entertainment The main living room features comfortable seating, a flat screen smart TV, board games, and natural light throughout the day. The converted garage now serves as a dedicated game room with two retro arcade games and lounge space, offering an easy indoor option for downtime or evening fun. Outdoor space The backyard functions as a central gathering point, featuring a pool (seasonal pool heat available for an extra cost), mini golf, pickleball, sand volleyball, a basketball hoop, swingset, fire pit, sun loungers, and outdoor furniture. Expect to see wildlife and be exposed to critters such as squirrels, chipmunks, racoon & insects (lizards, ants, mosquitoes, spiders, ect), and the occasional friendly bug or two inside or outside the property. Rest assured, we have regular cleanings and comprehensive, year-round pest control measures in place and work hard to minimize these encounters; however, bug spray is recommended if planning to enjoy the outdoor areas.
