The front and backyards, garden, and jacuzzi are shared with other guests staying at the additional rentals (Tango House and Artist’s Cottage). Please be respectful and avoid leaving personal items or waste behind. The pergola behind the white curtains is reserved for house guests only. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee and tea, and toiletries. CHECK IN is at 4pm CHECK OUT is at 11am AC: To avoid condensation or dripping, please keep the AC set above 70°F. BIKES: Property has 2 bikes, one small size and one large. Please contact the management for availability and usage details. JACUZZI: One of the jacuzzis is under repair, please use one in the pergola on the left side of the main house. Cover must be placed back after every use; failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee. The Jacuzzi must be used art your own risk, and you must assume liability SUPPLIES: Starter kit is provided to start your stay. Guests are responsible for additional items during longer stays. GARBAGE: Garbage bins are located in the back alley behind the rear cottage. PARKING: Free parking is available on the street directly in front of the gate. PARTIES AND EVENTS: Parties are not permitted unless by prior request and approval. PLEASE NO SMOKING on the site and at the premises. Please note that due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
