Super cozy home. The decor and setup is amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and only a few blocks from the convention center and City Place. City Pace has plenty of dining and shopping. There is a gym and yoga stdio both only a few minutes away (walking is possible). Downtown Clematis street is also just a couple minutes from the location. You have access to everything shown in the photos. The neighborhood itself is filled with unique architectural designs that you’ll be able to enjoy while you walk to the parks, museum, or any of the delicious restaurants that are all only a few blocks away. City Place (LA Fitness, comedy club, movie theater, dining/shopping) is also walking distance. We are also only a few minutes from Palm Beach International airport (PBI) so travel in and out is a breeze. We have 3 dedicated parking spots (driveways). 1 of them is located on New York St (facing the garage). There is space for 1 car there. The other area is on Georgia Ave (facing the garden area). There is space for 2 vehicles there (possibly 3 depending on how people park haha). You are welcome to use these spots if they are open. If they are taken there is always plenty of street parking. Usually directly in front of your unit. Just be sure to park facing the direction of traffic. There’s also an excellent bike/jog trail along the intracoastal on the island called The Lake Trail, great biking along Flagler Ave (on the way to the island) and along A1-A. Convenience awaits at every turn when you choose our Airbnb.
