The property is just a few blocks from The Intracoastal Waterway and a short, leisurely walk from the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. Its convenient location lets you enjoy the art, shopping, restaurants, recreational activities, museums, events, nightlife and exclusivity West Palm Beach has to offer.

The top floor contains the master bedroom with a king size bed and newly renovated bathroom, including a vintage bathtub and gorgeous shower. A walk-in closet is conveniently tucked away through the master bathroom. The family room, furnished with a couch, chairs and cable TV, completes the second floor. Dual French doors open onto a large deck overlooking the tropically landscaped yard and private pool, with lounge chairs.

The ground floor has the second bedroom, furnished with a king size bed, and an attached walk-in closet, along with a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. This floor also includes a full bathroom detached from the second bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and small dining area, both overlooking the pool area. The house also has an outdoor living/dining area with a view of the pool.

Good to Know Before You Book:

Pet Policy: One well-behaved dog or cat under 50 lbs is permitted at this home. After booking, you'll be asked to confirm your pet’s details and pay the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Only one pet is allowed per stay. You may ask any questions about the pet policy ahead of time.

Security Hold or Damage Waiver: An additional refundable security deposit of $500 is required. It will be held on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and the standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may choose to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead.

Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and stay for the entire reservation.

House Rules: Please treat this home like your own. Parties, events and receptions are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited at this property.

Same-Day Bookings: Same day reservations for this property are accepted on request only.

Pool Heat: Pool heating is available during the winter months for an additional $20 per day. After booking, you’ll have the opportunity to confirm if you'd like this added to your reservation and submit payment.
