It's a brand new place, 1 bedroom apartment with separate entrance.
Full kitchen with all new appliances, fridge, microwave, dishwasher. Living room with sofa bed that can be pull out in a another queen bed which is very comfy.
Bedroom and living room are having TV with
Netflix provided for all movies, tv shows lovers.
Keurig coffee mashine w provided coffee and cream.
We have cameras outside on the property in order to keep everyone safe!
If you are looking for quiet place, you found it.
We offer coffee, creamer, bottles of water and oatmeals.
We offer laundry detergent, in a case you forget your toothbrush as well as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, cotton buds and hand sanitizer.
Extra pillows and blankets.
There is no traffic on our street and it is fenced with beautiful hedge.
If you are person that likes to enjoy in his/her morning coffee outside, there is nice small patio area that you can use it.
It’s around 700 square feet apartment, it’s pretty spacious.
Parking is permitted for one car inside the property. In case there is another there is free street parking.
Parking spot is only for one car, if you have more than one, please park on the street.

Right at the corner of our street is Lynora's market which is Italian restaurant w unbelievable food, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Place is very close to downtown, only 1.5miles away, drive on Dixie Hwy is only 3-4 min to get in City Place and Clematis which are considered to Downtown.
All bars, restaurants, night clubs are there.
Grandview Public Market is about 1mile away from our house, you can get a great breakfast, lunch, coffee or cocktail. It has a beautiful patio area that you can enjoy.
We highly recommend “Palm Beach Beach” and “Root Trail” Beach. Both beaches are on Palm Beach Island which is right across a bridge.
If you are looking for more fun that would be “Benny’s on the Beach” which is about 15min away, but it has a restaurant on pier so you can enjoy at the beach and grab a lunch with wAter view.
If you have a car that’s great, you can check everything driving around.
It’s absolutely beautiful neighborhood to drive to downtown.
If you don’t Uber is very reasonable priced and can get you anywhere.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
