One mile to the newly building Avenir Town Center. Approximately 25 minutes to Palm Beach International Airport and the Beach. 20 minutes to The Gardens Mall (upscale shopping).
You will have full access to the house, pool and yard during your stay.
Just a heads-up that a few areas are reserved for the host and not part of the guest space (host closets, garage, storage shed, covered vehicle & boat).

• The home has a private pool, spacious yard and outdoor seating, great for lounging and unwinding.
• Pets are welcome! We just ask that you let us know in your guest list, also keep an eye on them and clean up after them.
• To keep the home comfortable for everyone, no parties or unregistered guests, please.
• Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM so everyone can enjoy a restful stay.
• The garage and supply closets are locked for owner storage.
• For safety, there are exterior-only security cameras on-site.
• A car is recommended since most attraction/shopping is just a short drive away.
• Please help us protect the home’s septic system by not flushing wipes or other items.
• Pool is not heated.
• Check-in: 4 PM / Check-out: 11 AM
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
