Absolutely charming 2 bedroom home on a large lot in North Palm Beach! Fully renovated in 2020! It’s cozy and comfortable with space for up to 5 guests. You'll enjoy a fully outfitted kitchen for all your cooking and baking needs, an oversized sofa with Wifi TV to watch your favorite shows and a local market that is within walking distance for anything else you might need during your stay. Close to beaches, local dining options, shopping and all the northern Palm Beaches have to offer! This cottage-style home has one bedroom with a queen bed and one bedroom with a full bed with full-sized trundle. There is also plenty of extra sleeping space on the couch. The kitchen features all stainless steel full-sized appliances including a dishwasher and a microwave. There's a table that will comfortably seat 4 and a large outdoor sofa with a BBQ grill for your use as well! There's also a full sized laundry room attached to the house. You'll have access to the entire home during your stay. There is a private yard and also a large shared yard that is available to throw a football around or kick a soccer ball. There are two other similarly sized homes on the property that also have private yards but access to the shared space as well. There is plenty of driveway parking if you have multiple vehicles. Per the Village of North Palm Beach, a maximum of 3 vehicles are allowed on site. We kindly ask that all vehicles are parked in the driveway and that any guests not on the reservation depart by 9pm. It's a quick ride to breakfast, lunch and dinner spots and walking distance to a local market for any essentials. Close to NPB Country Club that just underwent an extensive renovation as well. Although public transportation is close by, you'll probably want to rent a car for your visit. There is so much to see and do in the area and having your own vehicle is the best way to get around.
