Cute 2 bedroom home in the North Palm Beach area with beach house charm and easy access to everything you'll need! This home is cozy and comfortable with space for up to 5 guests! You'll enjoy a fully outfitted kitchen for all your cooking and baking needs, 2 comfortable sofas with Wifi TV to watch your favorite shows and a quick drive to retailers large and small. This cottage-style home has two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and extra sleeping space on the couches. There's a full desk setup for office work in the secondary bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized appliances and there is a full-sized washer and dryer inside as well. Outside you'll have access to a spacious Chicago-brick paved patio with BBQ grill and seating. You'll have access to the entire home during your stay however the driveway is shared with a guest cottage and a storage garage at the rear of the property. Guests in the rear home will have access to their own private backyard so the patio area is yours to enjoy privately. We kindly ask that vehicles are parked in the designated spaces at the front of the home so as not to block access to the rear units and that any guests not on the reservation depart by 9pm. It's a quick ride to breakfast, lunch and dinner spots and close to the North Palm Beach Country Club that has recently undergone a full renovation. Although public transportation is close by, you'll probably want to rent a car for your visit. There is so much to see and do in the area and having your own vehicle is the best way to get around.
