You'll have a Queen-Size bed & your own restroom. ✌🏻 You have a microwave & minifridge. Note there's no kitchen, wifi, or laundry. It's a low-price, no-frills stay in an older FL home with a great host & 2 small dogs 🐶 🏪 You can walk to the grocery store. You're right by the beach, Singer Island, & Phil Foster Park 🏝️ We'd love to host you 🤟 The room is perfect for any traveler who needs a comfortable place to rest. You'll enjoy a clean quiet room with a queen size bed, desk, closet, minifridge, and microwave. You have your own restroom across the kitchen. We are around if you need anything. This listing is only for folks who ALREADY have positive reviews. Because I've had damage to my home & furniture there are NO exceptions. Check-in is only from 3 - 9 PM. Check-in time must be requested well in advance. For any communication on the day of check-in, host may need 2-3 hours advance notice. Access: For those who have communicated well in advance their check-in time (of course, between 3-9 PM) and the host has confirmed with you that your request works fine: Either a) lockbox code will be sent to you, or, b) the host will be home, so just KNOCK. I am happy to give you any recommendations for fun things to go, places to visit, and food to eat. I am happy to chat while you are here, but feel comfortable if you'd like to keep to yourself. I have lived in this area for a decade, and it is beautiful all year round. There is always something to do on Singer Island. You can go to Johnny Longboats for a real beach vibe or go to Two Drunken Goats for some live music. There are several public beaches here great for sunning or boogie boarding. Manatee Lagoon is a right down the road where you can overlook an area that Manatees frequently visit. We are also near a sea turtle rescue where you can see sea turtles (free admission!)!! There are kayak, jetski, and snorkeling rentals just down the road. Uber and Lyft work great all over the city. There is a bus stop at the end of the street that takes you all over the city. There are two trains that go from here to Miami. The Brightline has 3 stops: West Palm Beach, Ft Lauderdale, and Miami. The other train, the Trirail, has multiple stops so you can visit little beach cities up and down South Florida. We are happy to have you! Welcome to your vacation! You'll have your own mini-fridge and microwave. I will also provide disposable cups, plates, and silverware. Bottled water is also available.
