The entire home is for your use with the exception of a locked third bedroom that I keep some personal belongings in.
The entire home is for your use with the exception of a third bedroom that I keep locked with some personal belongings in. The entire rest of the home is for your use including 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room, Florida room laundry room, kitchen, driveway and backyard.
I am only ever a text or phone call away, and am very responsive. Outside of wanting to make sure your check in went smoothly, I try not to contact you as if you are like me, vacations are a time where it’s okay to want to be left alone. :)
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
