Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 12 minutes to West Palm Beach Airport (PBI) and downtown, 15 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the Tri-rail train station which can take you all the way down to Miami and about an hour. This is a 2 BR private unit with a full bath on the 2nd floor. 1 BR has a walking closet with a Queen bed, the 2nd BR has 2 twin beds.Living room has a bed couch good for a kid & a half bath down stairs. Large parking space.
The property has 3 separate units all furnished, private, with kitchens and living rooms. Unit #1 is 1 BR/1 bath. Unit #2 is 2BR/1.5 bath. The only thing share is the laundry room with units 1&2. Front unit is 5BR/2 bath totally separate from other units. I’m usually in that unit and I live with 2 other people. Property is super spacious and it has a lot of space to park.
Mangonia park neighborhood, nice quiet and clean.
Free parking on property, neighborhood is very easy to drive around in, train station very close.
No events or parties allowed. Check with host first before booking if you are planning to had an activity in the property. Smoke free home $300.00 fine is people who smoke inside of the unit. Unit is set up for 5 people to sleep comfortably the sofa bed in the living room is small and it’s ok for a kid not very comfortable for an adult.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
