Enjoy your stay close to downtown West Palm Beach and the beautiful sea. This small cottage is located in Historic Northwood. The 1920's bungalow was recently renovated and ready for guests. This location is just a few minutes in car from Singer Island and Peanut Island, and steps away from Manatee Lagoon. Downtown WPB & Palm Beach Island are a 10-minute drive. There are also food trucks directly across the street! We hope you enjoy our little studio outside the city of West Palm Beach! Our little studio is perfect for two. Be made aware that the property is a studio which means it is very small. There is a queen-sized, memory foam bed, mini kitchen and half bath (shower but no tub). There is a hot plate for cooking, microwave, Mini fridge, sink and of course, a coffee maker. We have beach chairs and towels available at your request for your beach trip! Northwood harbor is an historic neighborhood and is up and coming with new buildings and construction popping up all around. Ocean reef park is a gorgeous beach which is only 3 miles north of the home. Manatee lagoon is steps away from the cottage, along with Osprey and Brian Chappell Park, which offer guests waterfront views, playgrounds and fishing. Free Street Parking is available for guests. The closest public beach is 2.9 miles and I would say that is not considered walkable. Emmanuel and Blair live in the main home so if you have any questions or concerns, please just contact them! Northwood Historic District The easiest way to get from place to place is by Uber or Lyft. You can get almost anywhere you'd want to go in West Palm Beach within 10-15 minutes! The Brightline and tri rail are trains conveniently located which makes traveling around the area much easier. The West Palm Beach Trolley system is another way to get around the city, and it is free! PBI Airport is a 15-minute drive from the cottage. You could also hop on a cruise to the Bahamas at the local port of Palm Beach which is less than 1 mile! Please note that we have a wall AC unit that runs to keep the cottage cool. If you are sensitive to noise, please consider prior to booking. There will be an additional charge for a pet with a fee of $150. Our trash can is located on the other side of the home, and you are welcome to throw your trash in there.
