Come enjoy & relax at your very own Palm Beach-inspired home. Near everything, our place invites you to escape with its beautiful, relaxing décor that features indoor and outdoor gathering spaces great for entertaining. Perfect place to enjoy some good times with your family or group of friends! Near the beach & a few mins' drive to quaint shopping districts, golf, restaurants, Downtown, and water activities, there is something for every vacationer! This home has 3 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and 1 room with 2 extra long Twin beds. Additionally, there two bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and the other with a standing shower. There is a Guest House on the property that is unoccupied. We will never place another guest in that unit while you are there. You will have access to the front home on the property. Access will be programmed with 4 digit code which is usually the last 4 digits of your registered phone number. Lock codes are programed 10 minutes before and deleted 10 minutes after your scheduled check-out time. This property is owned by Lily + Isaac Tavares (LIT). Most of your interactions will be with either Lily or Isaac Tavares. We won't be there to host you in person, but are here to serve your hosting needs remotely. Lit's Palma Home is located in the heart of the Northwood Harbor Historic District. We are close to all that you may need. We are 2 miles from Currie Park, and 3 miles to the north and south of our property to beaches. 4 miles from shopping and restaurants in Downtown West Palm and 7 miles to WPB airport. Our home is located a ten minutes north of PBI and the closest Brightline public train. The nearest intersection is 54th and Broadway. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. We look forward to hosting you soon! It is best to have a vehicle, however Uber and Lyft are used by guests . Most destinations are just a short car ride away! Please set out the garbage bin(s) on Wednesday and Sunday night as Garbage pick up is early morning Monday & Thursday. For longer stays, (one week or more) we ask that guests place the bin out front on garbage days to maintain sanitary conditions on the property while you stay.
