You may occasionally see the hostess, Gwendolyn, and her sweet King Charles Spaniel, Arabella, on the property or picking up packages from the front porch. She’s always happy to assist or offer local recommendations.
Please note that, as a historic home, routine maintenance is required. Landscapers, pool service, pest control, and other professionals may access the front and back yards or porch during the day. The mailman, house manager, or owner may also need access to the front porch for packages. On rare occasions, a handyman or pest control technician may need to enter the home for scheduled maintenance.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
