1.3 Acres. Completely fenced in backyard. We have 2 friendly dogs, so your friendly dogs are welcome! House is 5 miles to the Jupiter, dog friendly beach! House is fully equipped and includes a large roll in shower and 36 inch doors through out.
In 1989, Jupiter's Town Council adopted a policy to allow dogs on Jupiter's beaches. (We're only 10 minutes from the beach) in the time since then, the dog-friendly beach areas have been defined as a 2.5 mile stretch of beach from beach marker #26 at Marcinski Road going north to beach marker #57 (at the Carlin Park property line).
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
