This studio is part of our family home, we want to be transparent: you may occasionally hear the natural rhythms of a lived-in home. We have 2 friendly dogs who bring lots of love and personality - you might hear them from time to time. 100 % NON-smoking/vaping suite and property - $1,000 fee for any violation! As you exit the studio, walk the gardens and visit the succulent and bromeliad filled fountain where you can sit and have your morning coffee. We’ll check in via the app to make sure everything’s perfect, and you’re welcome to say hi to our two sweet dogs if you’re out strolling the gardens. We welcome all guests to our home and do whatever we can to make your stay enjoyable, but we kindly ask you consider the following prior to booking You will see our two super-friendly dogs wandering the grounds from time to time — they adore guests and are always up for a quick pat. We want to ensure you enjoy your stay - we ask for your understanding and as always please let us know if there is anything we can do to better accommodate. PLEASE NOTE: No smoking or vaping of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.) anywhere on the property — including the gardens and entrance area. We enforce a $1,000 fine + any cleaning/ozone costs for any violation. Pet-free suite – no pets please (except ADA service animals).
