Your host (Beatriz) lives next door. We provide everything you may need during your stay, including sheets, pillows, blankets, extra inflatable beds. soaps, shampoo, bathroom tissues, and free high speed WIFI. Palm Beach Mermaid offers special beach towels. KITCHEN: The kitchen is on the smaller side but it has everything you need to make tasty meals. There are two small refrigerators to store food. All the kitchen supplies are provided for your cooking needs. PATIO: There is a backyard patio for you to enjoy hanging out in the sun. We have a BBQ you can use as well. You are welcome to smoke at the private patio, if its weed. You can enjoy time in the back yard patio and there is a rooftop patio! You will have access to your entire side of the duplex without any shared space there. The "solarium". There is also a laundry area where you can wash your cloths if you need to. Our house is considered Historic Building, the district is bounded by Broadway, North Dixie Highway and 26th and 35th Streets. It contains 320 historic buildings. Getting around We are 5 minutes from the Inter-coastal, and bridge to the exclusive Palm Beach Island, which is considered the billionaires row. The island offers beautiful beaches and very luxurious boutiques. The house offers foldable chairs and special large towels for beach purpose. The Palm Beach Outlet shopping center is located 2 miles from the house, with famous boutiques and great restaurants. Palm Beach Outlets is the perfect one-stop shopping destination.
