CityPlace, Downtown, Worth Avenue, and the beach are just a few minutes away by Uber, giving you access to both city attractions and the coast!

MASTER BEDROOM: Includes a king bed with cotton sheets, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and double vanity, and a large Smart TV for signing in to your streaming services and watching your favorites.

SECOND BEDROOM: Has a comfortable queen-size mattress, a full closet, and plenty of natural light.

THIRD BEDROOM: Includes two twin-size beds.

Our home uses 100% self-check-in. Guests must complete a digital rental agreement and check-in form within 48 hours after booking and before check-in time, whichever comes sooner.

Ocean Reef Park is 15 minutes away, with ocean views for sunbathing, swimming, and picnics. John D. MacArthur Beach State Park is a scenic 17-minute drive away, offering pristine beaches, kayaking, and walking trails. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is 13 minutes from the home, making travel to and from the property easy. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is an hour away and offers additional travel options. A 20-minute drive takes you to Lake Worth Avenue in Lantana, with shops, oceanfront restaurants, and a beach town atmosphere. Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse, an iconic coastal landmark, is 35 minutes away and offers panoramic views and local history. North Palm Beach Country Club is a 17-minute drive away and has one of the area's top golf courses, with views of the Intracoastal Waterway. A 35-minute drive takes you to Jonathan Dickinson State Park, where you can enjoy Florida's natural scenery, miles of hiking trails, rivers, and kayaking. Phil Foster Park is 13 minutes away and is a popular local place for snorkeling, swimming, and relaxing beside clear waters. Pets are welcome. A $75 fee covers up to 2 pets; more than 2 pets require approval. Our neighbors are friendly, and we ask guests not to hold parties or events. Please do not smoke inside the house. Beach towels are not provided. There is 1 outdoor security camera at the front door for self-check-in confirmation. Please report any damage immediately to avoid additional replacement fees. ✔ Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM If the combined water and electric bill exceeds $400 per month, the guest is responsible for the amount above $400. We supply a starter kit of basic supplies. For longer stays, guests must replenish supplies as needed. Beach chairs are available for your use. The minimum AC setting is 70 degrees. If you need a lower temperature, this home may not suit you. An additional charge of $25 per unauthorized extra guest, per night, applies to any guests beyond the booked occupancy. A maximum of 6 guests may stay overnight, and a maximum of 8 guests may be present at any other time. This property is next to train tracks, so train noise may occur during the day and night.

All reservations require a signed Rental Agreement outlining house rules, occupancy guidelines, and important policies for your stay. You may request a copy to review before booking, and we will provide it.

NO GLITTER/NO DYE: Glitter is extremely difficult to remove and will incur a $1,000 fine for extra cleaning. Do not use temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine, or more if damage occurs to the sink, floors, carpets, or other areas. The primary contact is responsible for ensuring all guests and anyone entering the home during the stay follow these rules.

PET DISCLOSURE & RESPONSIBILITY: Guests bringing a dog must disclose its breed and age before arrival. Aggressive dogs are prohibited. Guests are solely responsible for any damage caused by their dog and accept full liability for their pet, including injuries or damage involving maintenance staff, contractors, or service providers visiting the property. Guests are responsible for all related medical costs and expenses.

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND: Smoking will result in an additional $750 cleaning and Ozone fee. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other type of smoking.

Tropical Storms and Hurricanes: Florida is susceptible to tropical storms and hurricanes. We recommend that all travelers purchase insurance to cover disruptions caused by these events, as refunds are not provided for undesirable weather conditions.

Please note that weather-related communication problems may affect our ability to reach you, but we will do our best to connect and address any concerns.

Our property is located in a tropical climate zone, where you may encounter snakes, insects, or raccoons. These encounters are rare, but we are required to let you know they are possible. Pest control measures are in place. If you see any creatures, please use this site to report them promptly.

Lastly, although our property is family-friendly, it is not fully child-proof. Parents of small children must supervise them at all times and assume liability.
