Your booking grants you exclusive access to all areas of the bottom enclosed in-law suites and the property grounds, including the back patio with a spa tub and the front porch. The accommodations are ideal for 4 adults and 2 children. We look forward to hosting you! If your party includes 6 adults, please reach out to us before booking.
All guests are required to be over 21 unless accompanied by their parents.
We sometimes stay on the top floor of the house, and all upper levels are off limits to the booker and guests.
You can explore the neighborhood by car, bike, or on foot. There is plenty of parking available for at least six cars. Please note that the listing is for the first floor only. We have four bikes available for use, including one that is suitable for a preteen.The home backs up to a nature preserve.

Palm Beach Country Estates that is near a State Park. Very quiet neighborhood with lots of wildlife!
you can drive your car. walk and or use the bikes from the house.
No swimming is allowed in the lake, pond, or canal. Please ensure that children are supervised at all times, as there are alligators in the Pond. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while near the pond.
For groups consisting of more than six adults, please do not book. The home is comfortable with 4 adults. The sleeper sofa can comfortably accommodate two children, but adults should be aware that, depending on their size, it may not be suitable for two adult guests.
This booking includes access to the downstairs area of the property only. The upstairs is our home, and is not included in the rental. We hope to be moving into the top section of the home Summer of 2025. All guests have to be over the age of twenty one, unless accompanied by a Parent.
We have seen rabbits, deer, barn owls, and turtles on the property. The home is near a state park; wild animals may roam the property at any time. Beach towels, chairs, and a cooler are exclusively for our guests. Juno Beach is less than 18 minutes straight east. Just need your subs from Publix and your favorite drinks. Spa and beach towels are in the queen bed room closet. Plus, the sheets for the fold-down couches are also in the closet.
There are local police and firefighters who live in the neighborhood. Absolutely no parties are allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors will call the cops, and guests will be asked to leave if there is loud music and noise after sunset.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
