Relax in this peaceful in-law suite nestled in South Florida country. Ten minutes from Publix but miles from city life. A perfect jump point for all things South Florida. Keys, Palm Beach, Everglades, beaches. Walk the yard & neighborhood. You will find 4 different kinds of bamboo in the yard, lots of wildlife including Woodpeckers, Ibis, Peacocks and more.
Phil Foster snorkel trail is 35 minutes away. We have snorkel gear you are welcome to use, beach chairs too.
We are on an acre and a quarter with many tropical plants. There is a large canal across the street that holds, Bass, Peacock Bass & more. There have been many gator sightings too, typically in May. The property is on a dead end street so traffic is minimum.
Second bed is a comfortable queen size pull out couch.
You will be staying in your own complete apartment. The only things you share are a roof & the laundry facilities. Grill & firepit are available.
Second bed is a queen sleeper sofa.
We live on the property so feel free to knock on our door or get in touch through AIRBNB.
If you smoke cigars or cigarettes, besides not smoking inside please do not smoke on the porch. The smoke can go right into our house depending on the wind. Back porch & firepit are good locations to smoke. Also please do not smoke pot. Recreational cannabis use is not legal in Florida. We have 3 children & do not want them exposed to pot at this stage of their lives.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
